When a sale is declared closed on Kyora with an investor who came through the platform for that asset, commission applies on the declared price—with a degressive scale: the more sales you record via Kyora, the lower the rate. Independent of Starter / Pro / Business.

Calculation base, invoicing or collection: details in your contractual documents and in the agent space at closing. If there is a discrepancy, the terms accepted in the product and the terms of service prevail.

Kyora relies on honest declaration of transactions from platform introductions. If a sale is not declared when it falls under this framework, agreements provide for an increased rate.
Current setting: penalty rate 3 % in such cases. Legal detail remains that of your signed commitments with Kyora.
Kyora does not replace “for rent” listing management: we focus on investment, introductions and the sales cycle with your clients.
The agent pricing logic is the one on this page and onboarding: no parallel “hidden” mechanism on the same items for investors.
Some partner profiles may have exceptional conditions (access or fees). If that is your case, the Kyora team confirms it explicitly; otherwise the grids above apply.
