Purpose
The Kyora International whistleblowing hotline allows anyone (users, partners, staff) to report confidentially and securely any behavior contrary to ethics, regulations, or our company values.
Your voice matters: We take every report seriously and commit to protecting the identity of good-faith whistleblowers.
What can you report?
You may use this hotline to report:
Ethical and legal violations
- Fraud, corruption, or money laundering
- Failure to meet compliance obligations
- Personal data breaches
- Undeclared conflicts of interest
- Misleading information or false listings
Inappropriate behavior
- Harassment or discrimination
- Abuse of power
- Behavior contrary to our code of conduct
Internal policy breaches
- Non-compliance with security procedures
- Misuse of systems
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information

- Detailed description of the facts
- Date(s) and location(s) of events
- People involved (if known)
- Relevant evidence or documents (if available)
- Your name and contact details (optional, see confidentiality section)
Anonymous reporting: You may report anonymously. However, providing your contact details allows us to follow up for clarification if needed.

Kyora commits to:

- Disclose your identity only with your explicit consent
- Protect the information you provide
Protection against retaliation
In accordance with whistleblower protection laws, Kyora strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against persons who report in good faith.
This includes:
- Dismissal, demotion, or sanction
- Harassment or intimidation
- Discrimination in career progression
System abuse
Reports that are manifestly made in bad faith, defamatory, or false may result in sanctions and legal action.
Processing your report
Process
- Receipt: your report is recorded securely
- Assessment: a compliance committee reviews the nature and severity of the report
- Investigation: if necessary, an internal investigation is conducted
- Actions: corrective measures are implemented if facts are confirmed
- Feedback: if you provided contact details, we inform you of the outcome (where possible)
Timelines
We commit to:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days
- Assess the situation within 10 business days
- Keep you informed of progress (if you provided contact details)
