Acceptance

By using Kyora International, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy. This policy supplements our Terms of Use and sets out the rules for using our platform.

User account

Account creation

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Create only one account per person
• Not impersonate another person
• Protect the confidentiality of your credentials

Account security

You are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, secure password
• Protecting account access (strong password, logout on shared devices)
• Never sharing your credentials with third parties
• Reporting any suspicious use of your account immediately

Acceptable use

Professional use

Kyora is intended to facilitate real estate investments in Dubai. You agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate real estate projects
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Provide honest information in your exchanges
• Respect real estate agents and other investors

For real estate agents

Agents using Kyora agree to:

• Publish accurate and up-to-date listings
• Respond promptly to investor inquiries
• Comply with local real estate regulations
• Not contact investors who have not initiated an introduction through Kyora (Kyora Introduction)
• Keep their license and professional insurance up to date

User content

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you publish on Kyora (listings, comments, etc.). However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.

Content responsibility

You are fully responsible for content you publish. You warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to publish the content
• The content does not violate third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with applicable laws
• The content is not defamatory, offensive, or misleading

Moderation

Kyora reserves the right to:

• Moderate, edit, or remove any inappropriate content
• Verify the accuracy of property listings
• Request supporting documents for suspicious listings

Prohibited behavior

Prohibited activities

Using Kyora for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud: posting false listings, providing misleading information
• Spam: sending unsolicited bulk messages
• Harassment: abusive behavior toward other users
• Money laundering: using the platform for illegal activities
• Scraping: automatically extracting platform data
• Intrusion: attempting to access unauthorized accounts or data
• Manipulation: creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings

Technical violations

It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Deliberately overload servers (DDoS)
• Inject malicious code
• Decompile or reverse-engineer the platform

Suspension and termination

Temporary suspension

Kyora may temporarily suspend your account in case of:

• Violation of usage rules
• Suspicious activity requiring verification
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Failure to meet payment obligations (for agents)

Permanent termination

Your account may be permanently deleted in case of:

• Serious or repeated violation of this policy
• Proven fraud
• Illegal activity
• Attempt to harm Kyora or its users

Effects of termination

Upon termination:

• You immediately lose access to your account
• Your listings are removed
• You may not create a new account without authorization
• Kyora reserves the right to take legal action if necessary
