How Kyora works with you, step by step
Kyora is a digital intermediary: we surface your activity and qualify context on the investor side. Sales and advice remain yours.
1. Sign-up and verification
You create a professional account and provide the elements expected to show you practise legally in Dubai (RERA identifier / applicable framework). Until the file is validated, your profile does not appear as “verified” to investors.
This step protects both sides: individuals know who they are addressing; you avoid unqualified contacts that do not match your market.
2. Showcase, content and listings
Once active, you have space to present your expertise, share useful content and publish listings visible to investors who follow you or match their criteria. Properties remain in the platform’s private frame: not a generic open-web storefront.
3. Introductions and what happens next
When an investor shows interest, you continue in Kyora’s thread, with the reminder that legal, tax and financial decisions sit with you and their advisers. Kyora does not replace a mandate or a performance promise.
