Agent Dashboard Guide

Introduction

This guide walks you through the Kyora agent workspace on desktop. Each section explains a feature with step-by-step instructions and screenshots.

Sign in from the Kyora homepage, then open My workspace to reach your dashboard.

Getting started

After your account is approved, complete your profile and review your plan quotas before publishing your first listing.

1. Sign in and open the agent dashboard.
2. Check Notifications and Alerts for onboarding messages.
3. Open Profile to add your photo, bio and RERA number.
4. Optionally activate your public profile to attract prospects beyond Kyora.

Dashboard navigation

The left sidebar groups your daily tools: listings, leads, commissions, profile, blog, alerts and support. Settings (account, notifications, help) are available from the profile menu.

Create and manage listings

From My listings, click New listing to open the form. Fill in property details, media, pricing (AED, EUR or USD) and publish when ready.

• Drafts can be saved and edited before publication.
• Published listings appear to investors matching your criteria.
• Use Edit on any listing to update photos, price or status.

Leads and contact reveal

When an investor views a listing or shows interest, a lead appears in Leads. Contact details stay protected until you click Reveal — each reveal uses your monthly quota (or is unlimited on higher plans).

Commissions and invoicing

After a declared sale, Kyora generates your commission invoice by email. In the Commissions tab you can download the PDF and pay online by card.

Amounts may display in AED first with an approximate EUR equivalent — see the Currencies section below.

Profile and public visibility

Your agent profile is what investors see before contacting you. Add a professional photo, markets, languages and your RERA registration when available.

Enable your public profile to get a shareable link (kyora-international.com/agent/your-slug) indexed on search engines.

Blog contributions

Verified agents can submit articles for editorial review. Draft in the agent blog editor, then Submit for review. Kyora publishes approved articles on the public blog with your author credit.

Currencies in the dashboard

Listing prices show the currency you entered, with an approximate equivalent on a second line. Commission amounts may display in AED with an approximate EUR prefix.

The indicative exchange rate can be configured via NEXT_PUBLIC_EUR_TO_AED_RATE on deployment.

Support and help

Open a support ticket from Support or Settings → Help. Our team responds in the dashboard widget and by email.
